Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with opening and closing side work, including setting tables and stocking service stations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide exceptional service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
