Job summary

Apple is seeking a Seasonal Advisor to join our Channel Retail team in a partner Apple Shop in Florida. You will help drive holiday sales, perform product demonstrations, and engage customers to explore Apple solutions during a peak period.

The role focuses on converting, upgrading, and promoting Apple products and services, with a weekend schedule and a fixed-term window from early November to late December 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 0-1+ years related experience.
• Passion for Apple technology.
• Curiosity for learning and sharing knowledge with others.
• Ability to inspire others and drive sales at a single point of sale.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store to drive sales and grow business.
• Educate and encourage customers to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product services portfolio as well as current promotions.
• Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups.
• Strive for excellence and ensure Apple’s outstanding dedication to brand standards are upheld throughout your store in partnership with the Community Specialist.
