Clarks is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Team Lead to join our store team in Pleasanton, CA. The role involves acting as Manager on Duty in the Manager on Duty’s absence, driving sales, organizing the store, and training staff to uphold Clarks standards.

You will lead by example in customer service, merchandising, and store operations while supporting the team to meet monthly goals and deliver exceptional shopping experiences for customers.

Competenze

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach team members.

Mansioni

• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Drive positive sales performance and store metrics.
• Organize merchandise, back stock, and ensure correct product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Coach and train employees on policies and procedures.
