Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead in Pleasanton, CA to guide daily store operations and support sales goals. The role involves leading teams on duty, coaching staff, ensuring proper merchandise placement, overseeing shipments, and maintaining a welcoming store environment for customers.

The ideal candidate will model exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and uphold Clarks’ brand standards while adhering to loss prevention policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance
• Organize the store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper placement of product
• Oversee the receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures
• Practice impeccable customer service skills
• Upsell the customer on multiple pairs and accessories
• Exemplify the Clarks Brand
• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues
• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
