Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead for our Pleasanton, CA store. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, drive sales performance, organize merchandise, and supervise back stock while maintaining a clean environment.

You’ll train and coach staff, deliver excellent customer service, upsell products, and represent the Clarks brand with integrity. This role requires leadership in a retail setting and the ability to work part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance
• Organize the store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper placement of product
• Oversee the receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures
• Practice impeccable customer service skills
• Upsell the customer on multiple pairs and accessories
• Exemplify the Clarks Brand
• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues
• Physical requirements: Standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
