Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Associate (2nd Shift) to support the Operation Christmas Child program. You will assist volunteers, greet donors, and help process shoebox gifts in a faith-driven environment.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, multitasking, and a personal active relationship with Jesus Christ. Seasonal work runs mid-November to mid-December at the processing center.

Qualifications

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Team Coach: Welcome, train, and coach volunteers to process shoebox gifts in accordance with OCC guidelines.
• Greeter Team: Greet and register volunteers using the management system and orient them to the OCC processing center.
• Gear Store: Promote and facilitate the sale of OCC-branded merchandise while maintaining inventory and reports.
• Parking Team: Greet volunteers and donors, direct parking, and document shoebox donations.
