Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Operation Christmas Child team. You will help process shoebox gifts and coordinate with volunteers to move materials safely during the season.

The role is temporary/associate with a 2nd shift (2:45 pm - 10:30 pm) and pays $20 per hour. Training is provided and forklift certification is preferred for dock duties.

Qualifications

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
• Able to lift and/or move 50 lbs. over a full shift if needed.
• Must be a team player.
• Inventory and pallet jack experience.
• Familiarity with trucking and/or container inventory requirements.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with employees and volunteers to move shoebox gifts as part of OCC.
• Assist in processing inventory in accordance with OCC Center policies.
• Quality control of the shoebox processing by volunteers.
• Load/unload containers and ensure safe handling of materials.
• Support dock and inventory operations during peak season.
