Qualifications

• Able to lift and move 50 lbs consistently during 7–8 hour shifts.
• Must be a team player with good communication.
• Experience with inventory tracking and pallet jack operations.
• Familiarity with trucking or container inventory requirements and barcode scanning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe movement, loading, unloading, and organization of materials.
• Operate forklift to load/unload containers and move goods safely.
• Support inventory processing according to OCC policies and procedures.
• Support quality control of shoebox processing and validation tests.
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to process OCC shoebox gifts.
