Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Associate for 1st shift to support the Operation Christmas Child program. This temporary role runs mid-November through mid-December, assisting volunteers and processing shoebox gifts in our OCC processing center.

You will greet volunteers, provide guidance, and help ensure accurate gift handling while upholding our faith-driven mission and Christ-centered service.

Qualifications

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with employees and volunteers to support OCC goals.
• Assist in processing shoebox gifts and guiding volunteers.
• Greet, orient, and coach volunteers at the processing center.
