H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate diverse tax needs with the support of a nationwide expert team and comprehensive training. You’ll conduct tax interviews both in person and via virtual tools, prepare complete returns, and contribute to client growth while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.
• Complete H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, or tax.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Support clients with IRS inquiries and audit notices as applicable.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a fast-paced office environment.
