H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to assist clients with diverse tax needs and deliver advanced tax training provided by a specialist team. You will conduct interviews with clients and prepare accurate tax returns while focusing on growth and client retention.

This role emphasizes delivering expert guidance to individuals and small businesses, with support for virtual tax interviews and ongoing professional development through the franchise network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
