H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team and advanced tax training.

You will conduct tax interviews, prepare complete returns, and provide IRS support while aiming to grow the client base and increase retention. Virtual tools and effective communication are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chat

Responsabilités
