Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to work with clients on a variety of tax needs and to receive advanced tax training to be successful. You’ll interview clients, prepare returns, and help grow the business in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires completing tax interviews across in-person and virtual channels, maintaining high quality returns, and providing IRS support with guidance from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
