Qualifications

• Experience completing complex returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships.
• Ability to conduct virtual tax interviews with clients.
• Knowledge of tax planning and audit support is a plus.
• Experience with sales and/or marketing to grow client base.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation as appropriate.
