H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to help clients navigate their tax needs with expert guidance. You will conduct interviews, prepare returns, and provide IRS support, working with a team focused on accuracy and client service.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting or related field, CPA/EA certification, and 5+ years in accounting, tax, or finance. This role involves virtual interviews and opportunities to grow a client base during peak season.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
Experience with tax planning and audit support.
Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
Provide clients with IRS support.
