Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required or preferred.
• CPA/EA certification or enrollment in program desirable.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and upsell products/services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit notice services where applicable).
• Mentor and support teammates.
