The position emphasizes providing tax planning, audit support, and expanding services while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience with virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention; offer additional products/services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representations for Circular 230 associates).
• Mentor and support teammates.
