Responsibilities include conducting tax interviews, preparing returns, advising on tax planning and audit support, and driving client growth and retention. A CPA/EA certification or active enrollment, plus 5+ years in tax or related fields, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (audit representation for Circular 230 and tax notices as applicable)
