Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients in person or through virtual tools (video/phone/chat/email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products/services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representation where applicable).
• Mentor and support teammates.
