Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Preparer to guide clients through tax forms, multiyear and multistate filings, and to provide IRS audit support. You will conduct interviews and prepare accurate returns with e-filing.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ seasons of tax experience.
• Experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PTIN Certification: Yes

Aufgaben

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Answer client calls via our national call center routing system.
• Answer tax related questions and provide future tax planning to clients.
• Collection and processing of clients’ payments while ensuring timely deposits.
• Mentor and support teammates, providing guidance.
