Jackson Hewitt - 2073 is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Preparer to guide clients through complex tax forms, explain options, and file multistate returns. You will deliver accurate tax services and IRS support while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes client-focused communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak season. Flexible schedules include day, night, weekends, and both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Competenze

• Must have at least 2 seasons of tax experience.
• Experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent license is a bonus.
• PTIN Certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Answer client calls via our national call center routing system.
• Answer tax related questions and provide future tax planning to clients.
• Handle collection and processing of clients’ payments.
• Support marketing and business generation efforts.
• Mentor and support teammates, providing guidance and leadership when needed.
• Work with sensitive, confidential information as part of the role.
