You will conduct face-to-face tax interviews and complete IRS and state forms, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Role emphasizes integrity, high-quality service, and support for a busy tax season. Prior tax experience and PTIN are valuable, with potential for advancement within a trusted national firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous tax experience.
• Experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Successful completion of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• PTIN Certification: Yes; CPA/EA is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare and complete accurate tax forms for clients.
• Provide IRS audit support and e-file returns.
• Generate client growth and increase retention.
• Answer client calls and provide tax planning guidance.
• Assist with payments processing and deposits.
• Support office priorities through teamwork.
• Mentor teammates and lead when needed.
