H&R Block is seeking an experienced seasonal Tax Professional to build client relationships and deliver comprehensive tax services with the support of a dedicated team. You will leverage advanced tax training to handle diverse client needs across engagements, with flexibility for seasonal hours.

You will conduct client interviews, prepare accurate returns, and contribute to client growth while maintaining IRS compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience completing individual returns.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representation per qualification).
• Mentor and support teammates.
