H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs under the guidance of an expert team. You’ll deliver accurate tax preparation and build lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, have 5+ years experience in accounting or tax, and can conduct interviews virtually. Paid training, flexible seasonal schedules, and a supportive environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
