You will conduct tax interviews, prepare complete and accurate returns, generate business growth, increase client retention and provide IRS support. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, 5+ years in accounting or tax, and comfort working with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience with virtual tax interviews and tax planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and virtually.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention.
• Provide clients with IRS support including audit representation when applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
