Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and via virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and upsell additional products/services.
• Provide clients with IRS support, including audit representation where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
