Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience with individual and business returns.
• Client-facing role with ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete IRS and state requirements and continue education.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse and complex client situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and advise accordingly.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support and notice resolution as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
