Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1.
• Experience in tax preparation and client advisory work.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financials and implications.
