Qualifications

• Successful completion of HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1+ year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Client-facing advisory experience helpful.
• Strong communication to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS & state continuing education requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
