H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations, interview clients to understand finances, and provide personalized recommendations.

You’ll identify savings opportunities and offer related HR Block products while delivering empathetic service in a local office setting. You will support clients with IRS notices and audit guidance, collaborate with teammates, and help maintain a positive, client-focused

Qualifications

Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
Minimum 1 year of experience in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns.
Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
High school diploma / GED / equivalent.
