Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles is preferred.
• Must complete continuing education and IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Build trusted relationships and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance when needed.
