Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience with complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience with virtual tax interviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face-to-face and via video, phone, chat, or email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products/services.
• Provide clients with IRS support; CERT levels may provide tax notice services or audit representation.
