Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide advanced tax training. You will conduct interviews, prepare returns, and help grow the business while supporting teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with virtual tools and IRS processes is valued. Prior CPA/EA certification or progress toward it is preferred, with eligibility to meet state and IRS requirements.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (note: Circular 230/audit representation as applicable)
• Mentor and support teammates
