Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required or preferred.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience preparing complex tax returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and tax planning.
• Sales and/or marketing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Support business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products/services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation as appropriate.
• Mentor and support teammates.
