Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to join a local tax office. You will prepare complete and accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations, conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances, and offer personalized recommendations to maximize savings.

In this role you will build trusted client relationships, deliver consultative service, and provide IRS support as needed.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role and strong communication.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
