In this in-person role at a local tax office, you’ll build trusted client relationships, collaborate with teammates, and participate in an incentive plan tied to your impact and tax expertise growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations.
