Qualifications

• 1 year of tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
• Must maintain continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse clients
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess finances and tax implications
