H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations and prepare accurate returns. You will interview clients, offer personalized recommendations, and build lasting relationships as part of a high-performing, in-person office team.

You’ll work with industry-leading tools and training, earning a competitive hourly rate and incentive plan based on impact and tax knowledge. This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1+ year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications.
• Provide tax savings opportunities and recommend HRB products.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to a positive office environment.
