Formación

• Must complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1+ year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, in client-facing language.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Offer personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
