Qualifications

• Must complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1+ year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS and state continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to assess financials and tax implications; provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a positive client-focused environment.
