You will interview clients, identify tax-saving opportunities, and provide consultative service with empathy and clarity. Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication; explains tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct client interviews to understand financials and tax implications
• Provide recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance
