H&R Block seeks a seasonal tax professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide advanced training and support from a team of experts. You’ll interview clients, prepare returns and help identify additional services to grow the business.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, and CPA/EA certification is preferred. Experience with virtual interviews and complex returns is expected in a fast-paced franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification (preferred).
• Experience conducting tax interviews (in person or virtual).
• Experience completing complex returns and advising clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
