H&R Block in Minnesota is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to provide expert tax preparation for individuals and businesses. You will interview clients, identify savings opportunities, and deliver personalized recommendations powered by H&R Block training and technology.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation/related fields
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role
• Strong communication, ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and continue education
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities
• Build trusted client relationships and support with H&R Block products
• Provide IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive office environment
