Qualifications

• Complete H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Experience in a client-facing, advisory role.

• Must meet IRS and state requirements including continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
