H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations. You will prepare accurate returns, interview clients to understand finances, and offer personalized recommendations while building lasting relationships.

This in-person role at a local H&R Block tax office offers training, competitive hourly pay, and an incentive plan tied to performance as you grow tax expertise and serve clients.

Competenze

• Requires completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet continuing education requirements and IRS/state criteria; high school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse and complex situations (individuals and businesses).
