Qualifications

• Must complete IRS/state continuing education requirements.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax prep experience incl. individual/business returns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications; provide recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team, share knowledge and maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
