Qualifications

• Tax Knowledge Assessment completed or enrolled.
• At least 1 year of tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• HS diploma or GED required; continue education per IRS/state rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients (individual & business).
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and life changes.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a client-focused office environment.
