Qualifications

• Must have completed the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
• At least 1 year of tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and continue education
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities
