H&R Block seeks a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and to participate in advanced tax training provided by the team. You’ll conduct interviews, prepare tax returns, and help grow the business while mentoring colleagues.

This role operates within an independently owned franchise office partnered with H&R Block. Candidates should be adept at virtual tax interviews and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
