You will help clients navigate complex situations and build lasting relationships using Block’s training and technology.

The role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, with competitive hourly pay and an incentive plan based on impact and performance as you grow your tax expertise.

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1 year minimum in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Clear tax concepts explained in client-friendly language.
• Complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Offer personalized tax savings opportunities and product recommendations.
• Provide IRS support, notices, and audit guidance when needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a client-focused office.
